SKILLED NURSING

Austin RNC is a skilled nursing facilty (often abbreviated SNF). Skilled nursing services are performed by licensed professionals like RNs, LVNs, occupational, physical, and speech therapists.  Skilled nursing is mostly regulated by the U.S. Department of Health and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). To be certified by CMS, skilled nursing communities must meet strict criteria and are subject to periodic inspections to ensure quality standards are being met.

At Austin Retirement and Nursing Center we strive to help patients reach their goals. People are the heart of our business and we recognize the responsibility of providing quality services. Our team of professionals understands the importance of creating an environment of warmth and caring during a stay, whether short term rehab or long term care.
